HOLŞTAYN IRKI DÜVELERDE PUBERTAS ÖNCESİNDE RASYONA RUMEN KORUMALI LİZİN VE METİYONİN İLAVESİNİN BAZI KAN METABOLİZMA PARAMETRELERİ ÜZERİNE ETKİLERİ

u çalışmada holştayn ırkı düvelerde yaşamın 9. ayından başlanarak gebeliğin belirlendiği zamana kadar rasyona rumen korumalı lizin ve metiyonin ilavesinin bazı kan metabolizma parametreleri üzerine etkileri incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla 40 adet sağlıklı 9 aylık yaşı doldurmuş (9-10 ay arası) düveler rastgele örnekleme metodu K (Kontrol) U (Uygulama) olmak üzere 2 gruba ayrılmıştır. Kontrol grubundaki NRC (2001)’e göre hazırlanmış standart bir rasyonla, uygulama ise amino asitler kullanılarak (Lysigem Methipearl, Kemin Ind., Belgium) (MP’nin %7,1’i) (MP’in %2,4’ü) düzeyleri artırılmış rasyonla ad-libitum olarak beslenmiştir. Tüm düvelerden çalışma başlangıcında, tohumlama zamanında tespit edildiği gün vena coccygea yolu ile numunesi alınmıştır. Alınan numuneleri ilgili kitler glukoz (GLU), betahidroksibütirat (BHBA), esterleşmemiş yağ asitleri (NEFA), total kolesterol, trigliserit, protein üre nitrojeni (BUN) analizleri yapılmıştır. Çalışmada parametrelerinden GLU, NEFA BHBA düzeylerinin prepubertas, gebelik edilen dönemlerde istatiksel anlamlı şekilde değiştiği, TKOL, TRİG BUN değişmediği edilmiştir.
